We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. The spacious and clean room was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. This hotel is in a great location, situated on a quiet side street but within walking distance of Florence's major sites. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh-made cappuccinos and tasty croissants. Don't forget to visit the roof garden for some spectacular views of the city. the hotel is close to everything and offers great service and amenities.
Some previous guests mentioned a minor communication problem with the staff at the front desk.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and recently renovated bathrooms. I also loved having a balcony in my room. The breakfast included was a nice bonus and added value to our stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with affordable prices that include breakfast. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main train station and all the tourist attractions in Florence. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the rooms. I especially loved having a room with a balcony, even though there was no view unfortunately. Additionally, the breakfast included in the package was a great start to the day.
